To all ASDSC club presidents:

In order to run orderly and efficient meetings I, as President of our association, am implementing the following policies.

  1. ) All motions, except motions declared an emergency by the body, must be submitted at least one week prior to either the respective Board or delegate meeting in writing to me if it is to be considered at the next meeting.
  2. ) Each club must submit a list of delegates to represent their club at delegate meetings. A sitting board or district director may not also be a designated delegate. Our By-laws require each club to provide a list of officers and delegates when they register for insurance and to notify the ASDSC membership chair of changes in officers or delegates.
