Dear ASDSC member clubs and officers:

At the October 14, 2007 Delegates meeting, a motion was made to amend the Bylaws of ASDSC. This letter constitutes the 25 day notification required by the Bylaws. The motion will be voted on at the January 13, 2008 Board (advisory vote) and Delegate meeting. Please come prepared to vote on this issue.

Motion:

Suspend the Duties of ASDSC District Directors for (12 months) January 1, 2008 thru December 31, 2008. The District Directors Duties to be completed by ASDSC Member Club President or a club appointed replacement. Member Club Presidents to become part of the ASDSC Board, with one vote per club.
