Anyone interested
in serving on the ASDSC Board should contact the Assocation President
for more information. The ASDSC Board meets at 1:00 p.m. (at a location
to be announced) on the second Sunday of March, June, September and
December. They also hold abbreviated meetings prior to ASDSC General
Membership meetings. These meetings are open to anyone interested in
the business of the association.
Non-board members interested in addressing the Board or making a formal presentation to the membership should contact
the President at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled meeting in order to be added to the agenda.
The ASDSC General Membership meetings are held on the second Sunday of January, April and October and the third
Sunday in July. These meetings are open to all of our members and each club is allowed to send up to four voting
delegates and as many non-voting delegates as they want to each meeting. Meetings are held at 1:00 p.m. at the
Veterans' Memorial Hall at Royer Park, 110 Park Drive in Roseville, CA.
